You Sir, all due respect to you. I saw your video last night but did not comment as I was not near a computer. What I appreciate about you is the research of the facts you have presented in your video and you are so bang on about the reason of the conflict between Sunni and Shia Muslims. This is a truly educational video for those interested in learning about religions and their origins of belief. However, today the educated and modern Muslim will not like to continue with such a conflict and accept the differences. Religion is the same but belief systems are different and belief is of faith and faith in the almighty/ creator and the way s/he is worshiped is personal. Respect personal beliefs and mostly Muslims should not be conflicting on such parameters instead they should focus on being good Muslims and following the religion of Islam in spirit and to the word - which is very difficult, that is why I am a non-practicing Muslim and am religion neutral!

@chinkeyeye7486, Abu Bakr was the closest friend of the Prophet when they were young. Also, when the prophet told Abu Bakr that Allah had selected him as the last Prophet of lslam, he immediately believed him and accepted lslam. That is why he was awarded the surname "Siddique" (one who believes). From then onwards Abu Bakr Siddique was always with the Prophet through thick and thin. So he learned everything about lslam from the Prophet first. So, as far as lslam is concerned, Abu Bakr Siddique was the wisest man at that time of the Prophet's demise. That is why he was elected the 1st Khalifa almost by a consensus. It was purely democratic. But the ones who were in favour of Ali became unhappy and stayed arrogant. That is why this tragedy. Two clarifications here : 1. Abu Bakr was elected not because he was the father-in-law of the Prophet but because he was the wisest at that time. 2. Abu Bakr was not 80 years old but 65, only 2 years older than the Prophet. They were friends.

I believe this Sunni and Shia conflict should not honestly exist and the followers of Islam should focus on being good Muslims that are a value add to their society, country etc. I am not a good Muslim as I don't believe in following a religion, I like all cultures and like to learn more about the different cultures and communities on our planet. I have some really good Sunni friends and such difference has never come between us; I guess the more educated you are as a person, the more open you are in accepting and respecting others beliefs. It is important to know that when Mohammed translated the original Torah into Farsi language, he made a major change. He made Haggar (and not Sarah) as Abraham official wife and Sarah as his keep. In Koran, it says that Abraham threw our Sarah and Isaac from his home. Abraham took Haggar's son Ismael for scrafise when he was asked to scrafise a lamb. That is why they celebrated "Bakri Edi". As there was no one to compare the Farsi translation with Hebrew, Muslims didn't even know what the original Torah said. Their basic book is a lie. Mohammed told his people that God gave him the same book (Torah Bible) that he had given to Jews. But as Jews did not respect it he is now giving the same book to Islam. But it is not the same book. As Quran followers can't read Hebrew they to Mohammed's word for true. But Mohammed was a fraud. He changed the text of the book. Please make on this a talk too. You can check yourself the truth as today English version of both Torah and Quran is avilable.
