To explain Geto’s situation, I think it’s important to understand the timeline: 2006: Gojo’s past arc happens, that’s when Riko dies; Geto thinks Gojo died; he sees people celebrating her death and sees Gojo almost lose himself. 2007: Geto spends the year working on solo missions since Gojo was too strong to be accompanied. Gojo becomes the strongest. Geto is left behind alone, constantly consuming humanity’s worst (curses come from negative emotions), witnessing the cruelties, deaths, and injustice that befall sorcerers. He has a conversation with Yuki, where she summarises two ways he could live his life; Haibara dies; he sees the girls being tortured, and THAT’S his last straw, when makes the choice of how he wants to live. Then he kills an entire village and becomes a wanted criminal. He’s about to turn 18 when he begins his cult, his goal is to create a world where sorcerers don’t have to suffer. *during ten years, he isn't caught, and his cult gets more and more powerful. He has non-sorcerers adoring him, and getting him money. He has a group of sorcerers as his followers, that he calls his family. He raised the tortured girls pretty much as his daughters. 2017: The JKK0 movie happens. Yuta becomes a sorcerer and uses Rika, a special-grade curse. Geto wants to have Rika as part of his arsenal so he can destroy the jujutsu society’s structure and later fulfill his goal. So he declares war and carries out what is later called the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons on December 24th, releasing a great portion of his curses in Kyoto and Shinjuku. But that’s only a distraction so he can go to Jujutsu High in Tokyo and kill Yuta. He has his right arm blown off in the fight and decides to flee, planning on coming back but this time better prepared. But he encounters Gojo in an alley, has a conversation with him, where Gojo says a phrase we don’t know, and then Gojo allegedly kills Geto (27 yrs old). We don’t see Gojo killing him tho, we don’t see the body, there’s only a sound. We don’t know how much time has passed; it could be 2 or even 40 minutes when Gojo appears with his students as if nothing happened. 2018: In June, the first season happens, and Geto appears but with stitches on his head. In October, this episode happens. On Halloween, October 31st, the Shibuya Incident will happen.

Man does not know where the brakes are. So happy Mahito is back. I love his playful and simultaneously cruel nature. Coupled with the fact that he's an antagonist who is currently learning and growing as he fights. This is going to be a wild ride.

Mechamaru's situation sucks right now because even if he wins against Mahito the bigger threat by far is still Geto, Mechamaru has the power and skill of a first grade but that doesn't stand a chance a gainst a special grade like Geto.

19:08 nah Mahito is a special grade (like Jogo and Hanami). Sorcerers are expected to be able to exorcise curses of their same grade. For example a grade 3 sorcerer (like Miwa) should generally have little issue beating grade 3 curses, and a grade 1 sorcerer (like Nanami) should generally have little issue dealing with grade 1 curses. Nanami couldn’t defeat Mahito, therefore Mahito is above grade 1 (in other words, special grade). I understand the confusion because the story kinda fails to emphasize it, but by the end of the Junpei arc, Mahito is much closer in power to the current 4 finger Sukuna than he is to any grade 1 curse.

First when I read the manga, I didn't think much of the Ozawa story part just another fun break from the main story. But now I think the writer ment to put it here to to emphasize what kind of a person Itadori really is. No spoilers! but in this arc understanding him makes his story in this arc even more impactful.

A slight side track but still in the realm of TV shows; could you guys consider creating a tribute / reaction to the late and amazing Kevin Conroy and his voice? He passed away last year, and was the sole reason I got into acting. On MsMojo there was a video about the best voice acting in animated movies and I think he should've been included for his role in Batman the Mask of Phantasm (the scene at the cementary). I have a voice acting background and there are some preconceived notions that it's not as demanding as regular acting; but the vocal training itself and perfecting the craft may take more time than any acting school. l feel like he's very underrated as Batman (ditto Mark Hamill as Joker) and even non existent in the conversation. PS. You almost saw me as Leon in those new Resident Evil games :)
