Great video, we can see many area of Tokyo, but it seem that there are many abandoned houses in old residential area.

yeah, whole area is scheduled for redevelopment, and the residence will be demolished and construction will begin in 2024, with new offices building, tower residences, and park, etc. scheduled to be completed in 2028.
