I can understand Kiyora and the background characters not doing anything, after all, Kiyora is going up and down the field and is better at aggressive tackling than defensive tackling, (not to mention he's always running up and down. So it makes some sense why he's not always in the position to mark). Mensah and Birkenstock got Noa's nudes, so even though they're shit, they force the guy to keep them in the game. But Hiori and Raichi need to step tf up, both have already shown they have defensive prowess necessary to do stuff earlier in the match, and even limiting Snuffy in the last match. Like, at this point just ditch the monk. Put Hiori, Raichi as a double midfield, get Yukimiya in again as LB (Since bro has more defensive feats than 80% of Blue Lock at this point). And shove the magician on the bench or push him upfield already

@@CorbinKettledas-b7u hmm Kunigami was my favorite character, because when he was eliminated he realized that his core mindset did not work. He had to face that harsh reality and actually crawl his way back up, truly changing his mindset from being a so-called hero, clearly seen in his current demeanor. He always had a fixed mindset like a typical shonen protagonist, unlike Isagi who always had an adaptable mind. Kunigami essentially had to change his core belief (more than isagi in my opinion) in order to survive. He had to ask himself how much does he TRULY want to be a striker, the number 1 and is it worth letting go of the hero's path... yet I'm disappointed by how the author just completely ignored his character in the neo egoist league after he came back, also I hate how he doesn't challenge shidou as much as he should have to get back revenge. the author very unfortunately failed to deliver on his promise of developing kunigami, showing what he went through and how much he sacrificed, and what a wild card was actually about....... edit: tnx for asking by the way, whats your favourite character and why?

I'm still liking blue lock a lot but I've noticed it seems like it is having the same problem manga like naruto has with so many of the side characters being popular but getting completely side lined for the main ones. Like I'm biased and Shidou is my favorite but he should have had a lot more done in the NEL considering he was 1 to 1 even with rin at his introduction and characters like tokimitsu, nanase and kunigami etc. Just get a little to no shine when at one point they were highlighted
