The problem I feel with Sae's match ups is that we haven't seen much of him. He was on a dogshit team for the only match he played in the series. And a match he wasn't even giving his 20 percent in. So we haven't seen much of him (Unlike Lorenzo and Charles, whose teams elevate them and they are giving their best)

Sae lives in Destroyer Rin's head rent free. Rin still tries to meet Sae's expectations; refusing to shoot the ball if the goal is not good enough. Kaiser Isagi are talented learners who try to beat geniuses which are still evolving. Sae is a talented lerner who tried to beat world tier geniuses. At PXG only Loki difs him, he probably saw the unfair genetics.

Just coz we see a midfielder having better off movement (Charles) than a striker (Isagi) it's simply different positions, one has to run towards the box while the other just needs to run on the open space to make passes (even then i'd say Sae's level of awareness is crazy to anticipate everything) and just coz he played (not even giving his 100%) against weaker blue lock players, he was playing with even worse yet still brought the game to such close call

I'd like to believe Sae still barely outclasses Charles as it doesn't seem like the U20 arc displayed Sae's full potential. However, charles has one the greatest potentials as a midfielder as he is a individualistic talented learner. Whereas Sae is a wholistic talented learner. It's a complete guess on my part given the limited information provided by Isagi about this topic till now that individualistic ego types have a bigger advantage over wholistic ego types. I believe individualistic ego types are more internally motivating and results in top tier instincts as seen by Shidou and Rin. Due to possessing this instinctual nature combined with his logical prowess of the field, he definitely outscales Sae's potential unless more information is revealed about this topic. Charles is truly a super candidate for the new gen 11 and he could accompany Sae perfectly on the field as Sae know how to bring out instincts. These two can be deadly on the field together. Can't wait to see what they do with either of them.

@ACE_Lock i hope its not the world cup because sae and isagi working together is something we all knew would happen so it'd be better to leave that duo for a less important arc and let sae work with more players,maybe like the masters,the world 5 players,kaiser,maybe rin and just other new characters we could see,like imagine noel noa and sae,i know it would never happen but it'd be cool plus we have so many more arcs like 2 or 3 more till world cup,plus i think we have the 4th or 5th selection left so,it'd give us more time to meet new characters if the 4th or 5th selection has like blue lockers with like top players like the nel but in one big team to experiment new chemical reactions or maybe see sae and isagi who knows....honestly i just want sae x kaiser for a new kaiser impact ngl
