couple tips, make sure you're getting proper spacing as you flip into the wall, I had the problem of not giving myself enough space and even though I had perfect skews, I would never go through. Make sure you're holding forward the moment you swap off your shield, to ensure you actually get through the wall, and make sure you're jumping perpendicular to the wall. also, in case you missed it, the skew has to be feet first (link should be tilting backwards if you're looking directly at the wall) hope this helps!

When performing shield flops, I've found that you can jump and successfully perform it anytime in the spin animation before link appears to leave the ground. I've had the most success by pressing Y and then quickly swiping my thumb to the X to jump, all in one swift motion. It helps to ensure you don't open the shield menu too early and keep yourself from jumping. Great video! The comedic timing is flawless.

As usual, this was both entertaining and informative! I tried shield clipping for the first time yesterday. I hadn't realized until watching this video that it can be done repeatedly without using up the stored skew (if it's not an extended shield clip). That makes it a lot more useful for getting through those multi-layered shrine walls (which I was getting stuck in before and assuming I had to find single-layered walls somewhere).

Extended shield clipping: 1. Get a skew that goes to the same direction as the wall you want to clip through does 2. Shied surf 3. Take of your shield quickly 4. Buffer frames with the Shield-Quickmenu until there is the second frame of the skew (when you buffer frames the skew has got 2 frames, the ,,main skew" and when its about to end). Link should stuck with his legs in the wall. 5. Re-equip your shield, hold ZL and A while beeing still in the Quickmenu. 6. Quickly take it of again 7. You should be through the wall now Thats a little bit more detailed hopefully ;)

hey, don't know if this has been said in the comments, but an easier shrine to set skew from is Keo Ruug Shrine near the Great Deku Tree, only downside is the puzzle needs done each and every time you want to set the skew, but it sets perfect cardinal direction skew with almost no effort what so ever. 5,3,1,2 from left to right as you enter the shrine is the solution for the puzzle if I remember correctly.
