ok, so cool story. I was listening through these subliminal while trying to shift one night. I was visualizing and saying affirmations and all that good stuff. I was feeling floaty and I could tell I was super close to shifting. In my script, I wrote that I would feel a tap on my head when I had shifted. I was wearing headphones at the time and I heard A TAP ON MY HEADPHONES. I was so spooked by it I got shot back but oh boy was I excited.

You can shift without lucid dreaming. It's like any other shifting method out there, but it's not the only way to successfully shift. I have shifted without having to lucid dream and there are tons of other shifters that have done it without that method too❤😊

I dreamed quicksilver one time and he promised he would be back again and he did. He kept his promise because I dreamed him again. And I really wanted to see him again so I tried to shift using this and I dreamed him again. This was my first time using this. This one really helped because anytime I listens to other shifting subliminal I had nightmares. I still hope I actually shift. I also felt like I almost shifted because after like 6 minutes of listening to this I started to feel different idk how to explain but I felt like my atmosphere was changing even though it still felt real. Day 2 - didn’t shift Day 3 - not yet Day 4 - 1 month later going to try again. Did not get there. Day 5 - Will try again today. I worked on my script a little. Did not shift. Day 6 - Here we go. Will keep trying Day 7 - Let’s do this.
