The way you start your day is incredibly important when it comes to managing anxiety and stress. Having a daily self-care morning routine is a simple, yet incredibly powerful way to manage your anxiety
Starting your day intentionally, in a series of steps that creates predictability will help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety while also promoting a sense of calm and focus that you can then carry with you into the rest of your day.
In this video I want to share 4 key things that you can start doing at the beginning of each day to intentionally shift out of an anxious mindset

Ahh amazing!! Getting started seems to be the hardest part. Once you overcome that voice in your head and realize you *can*, it's so much easier to get into a rhythm. It's all about enjoying the process and having fun with it. Love that you have chosen to use YT as a platform to document your life and journey. As someone who loves looking back through all of my old journals, I can only imagine what an incredible thing it will be to look back on
