The issue I have is if I want to attach a mic adapter to the usb-c then I wouldn’t be able to correct ? I could only do it if I shoot vertically and not landscape . Any suggestions ?

can you stick samsung ssd t7 on this holder? or the tripod kind of handgrip holder?
@RalphMayhewPhotography17 күн бұрын
Do you mean via a clamp, or using magnets or something else?
@mkhatri00717 күн бұрын
@@RalphMayhewPhotography I mean is it possible to just snap samsung ssd t7 directly since T7 is metal body I asking if it can stick directly ? the item you are reviewing has magnet so that magnet can stick with any metal?
@RalphMayhewPhotography15 күн бұрын
@@mkhatri007 the T7 isn’t magnetic I’m afraid.

Started out being interesting - I constantly take photos with my s21ultra and have experimented with grips - but by about halfway through it was so breathlessly uncritical that it seemed just a hard-sell video. Which is a pity.

It would seem your comment has followed the same framework you put forward. In terms of the product criticism you’re after, I actually don’t have much to say. There’s plenty that could be said about the necessity of the gear in the first place, but what’s the point of that when it’s so much about personal choice. I’d say it’s a bulky addition to carry round with your phone, but that’s obvious from the video - so why say it. Having three different Bluetooth connections is annoying, but standard for any Bluetooth situation. The snap light needs some work.. I’d make it brighter, allow it to sit around the lens, change the selfie mirror to be accurate when over the lens. There’s bend in the tripod when fully extended horizontally with a large phone on the other end - I think I missed that in the video. Tripod can also be unstable if the ground isn’t flat (I figured that was common sense too). I think the larger issue is some people are eager to see the worst, my clear shortcoming is I don’t. But I will endeavour to invest more focus in showing product limitations in the future. I also think we have a very different understanding of what ‘hard-sell’ means. 🤷🏼♂️

@@RalphMayhewPhotography Thanks for taking the trouble to give such a detailed reply. I think it rather makes the case for incorporating some of these comments into the video in the first place. I think that doing this would make it more persuasive, though of course this is a matter of opinion. I am eager to see the best in new products, because I am always tempted to buy them! So don't lose your enthusiasm, just be a bit cooler, perhaps? But ultimately your style is your choice!

@@apaul9776cheers mate. Appreciate the reply. By cooler do you mean less enthusiastic / optimistic, or o should dress different? Coz the latter will be an issue 😂
@apaul97764 ай бұрын
@@RalphMayhewPhotography Definitely keep your enthusiasm and optimism! I had another quick look at the video and, on second thoughts, I'm not sure that I know what I meant by 'cooler'! I think it comes down to the idea that if someone does a sponsored video, then two minutes about the product is fine and there is not enough time to expect criticism of it. But over eight minutes, lack of any criticism causes the viewer to doubt the objectivity of the reviewer, especially if there seems to be grounds for it eg the way the stand looked wobbly when fully extended. But, anyway, I think that's enough from me. Good luck from your new subscriber!
