Can you please give some info that where have you taken the flat and how much does it cost?

I would suggest you to take pg only.And flat costs around 10k-15k near to college.the price is same in outskirts but there might be transportation problem.After rent , there are other expenses like electricity,maintenance etc etc.The broker will charge you 50% of the rent amount and also 2 months of rent in advance.
