E fiz 100 repetições da seguinte afirmação: “ Sou incrivelmente rica, incrivelmente feliz e competente “ O pensamento focado em um cliente, que desde julho estava indeciso quanto a meu trabalho. Adormeci e após uma hora, acordei vomitando e sentindo uma porrada, no estômago porém isso durou no máximo 5 minutos. Chorei muito porque eu não consegui compreender, porque as coisas não estão dando certo em minha vida. Voltei a esse áudio e tentei pela última vez, criar um filme na minha tela mental, onde eu estava incrivelmente rica, incrivelmente feliz e esse cliente, me enviava uma notificação confirmando, nossa parceria para 2022. Repeti esse ritual umas dez vezes, e deixei de lado ainda em desespero. E nesse momento eu estou completamente confusa e feliz, porque simplesmente aconteceu um milagre financeiro, onde eu estou atônita com o Feedback do universo paralelo do subconsciente. A primeira notificação do dia, foi exatamente do meu cliente indeciso, que vai fechar a parceria comigo. Exatamente como eu idealizei, durante toda a noite anterior. Fé amigos!

@@jayf8412 Hang in thier, chief. I went from drinking ATLEAST a dozen 5% beers EVERYDAY for the better part of 12yrs. It started off as a habit, grabbing a 6pack on the way home from work to "Unwind" then id go buy more, clearly over the limit to drive, then onto buying a dozen as here in New Zealand most beers come in 12packs and are between 4% and 5% each at 330ml. I then went to buy beers on the weekend before lunch each day and would just sit around surfing the net all day doing nothing even though i had motorbikes, Gaming consoles, mounting little project my son wanted etc. I never used to eat much so i didn't really put on much weight initially but it did start creeping up as i got into my 40s , now 45. Id wake up every morning feeling rough as guts but go to work anyway as i could do my job as a Design Engineer hungover, although probably not as well as i could have. In the last 2 to 3 years id tell myself EVERY MORNING, "ok Im NOT buying beers on the way home" but everyday by 4pm I was thinking about what was gonna be cheapest and look forward to it. Id by beers and something for dinner as i live alone most of the time which id eat around 830 once i polished off the whole case literally cracking 1 after the other with less than 1 minute or 2 from the last last mouthful of the last bottle. I knew i had a problem but I was a fully functioning alcoholic. I never got pulled over for drink driving. I wasn't a violent drunk , i wasn't any of those things youd expect so i never had a "Sobering moment" until one day , looking at myself naked I realized i couldn't see my nuts anymore no matter how hard i bent over ! 😯 🤣 That was my moment i realized, ok this REALLY aint good ! So went looked online , found a product called Disulfiram Aka - Antibuse, went and saw my Dr and asked for some. He gave me a months worth initially. With it you cant drink. It will make you violently ill to the point you want death to stop the cramps and vomiting. 1 pill lasts about 5 days in your system so i KNOW id be silly to even risk having a beer. Going basically cold Turkey after 12ish years of drinking like that wasn't easy but once i had dropped the first pill in the car park after getting the prescription I knew there was no getting off the train now. The first 3 days being the hardest with BAD night sweats and insomnia etc but day 4 i was feeling clearer although i still had bad nausea , hang-over like nausea for about 2 weeks every morning and weird head aches. Ive since pulled the Antibuse back to 1 or 2 a week now purely when i think at some point i might want a beer on the weekend, ill go home and have a pill and then i know I cant. Im actually taking it so infrequently now i dont even know when its gonna be safe for me to drink again and i really dont care as Im enjoying sleeping so deeply now and enjoying each day feeling like i have the whole day to do what ever i want and they seem 4 times as long compared to when i was clearly drunk all day! Ive lost 17Kg so far not even changing diet as i alwasy ate fairly well anyway, which at 6'2 and solid build i expected. I find thess days all those little things, chores, projects i said id do, im now finally doing with little effort to motivate myself which is great. Reflecting back, i dont know why i was drinking. Was i drinking because i was depressed or was i depressed because of the drinking ? I don't know. I left my ex-wife 7years ago because she was physically abusive among other things and i knew eventually it wasnt going to end well for her if she pushed me too far and i didht want that for either of us, nor her kids to see. I have a 15yr old son to someone else who lives with is Mother, Step Father, Half Sister and Step Brother who is and has always been my best buddy as we are really really close, have always been but im enjoying just hangin out with him so much more these days so there really is every reason under the sun why Ill never go back to drinking the way i was and ive never once even missed it since even thought it still very early days. ......and ive discovered the world of Flavored Teas! If you're like me, the whole sit in a group of strangers and stand up 1 by 1 introducing yourself as an alcoholic doesn't excite you, go ask your Dr for Disulfiram. Then research the effects of Acetaldehyde which is what alcohol turns into in your system. Read up what that does the human system. I swear it will change your life! Good luck on your journey, Mate!

I saved the video to just come back & read these amazing comments on those days when the depression I wrestle with has me in a headlock!! I listened to a video awhile ago that was religious & talked about the demon of depression, & for whatever reason it's helped so much to think of it as a being. I'm not gonna allow it to win & ruin anything anymore just for spite for what it's stolen thus far. I hope it'll help someone else lace up & fight too. Funciona! Encontrei esse vídeo ontem quanto estava me sentindo muito doente e deprimida. Enquanto escutava estava imaginando que conseguia viver com saúde, feliz e nada mais me preocupava. Meia hora escutando o áudio e uma pessoa querida me ligou e me disse coisas que realmente me ajudaram a sentir bem. Hoje, pela primeira vez em 4 meses de frio e neve, a temperatura esteve mais alta e eu conseguir sair e andar de bicicleta, me sentindo saudável e feliz, assim como visualizei! Até chorei de alegria hoje pelo sentimento de saúde e alegria que senti! Gratidão infinita a esse áudio maravilhoso que aumentou minha esperança em dias melhores e me relembrou que nosso futuro começa na nossa mente! ❤ Edit: duas semanas após ver esse vídeo, fiz um exame de sangue e a doença autoimune que tenho (Hashimoto) está em remissão e já não tenho sintomas! Hoje tenho uma vida super ativa e posso fazer todas as coisas que 3 meses atrás não podia. Eu tentei por quase um ano alcançar a remissão dessa doença. E consegui! Não sei se foi o vídeo, mas eu sei que algo em mim mudou após aquele dia! Minha vida não é perfeita, mas tenho minha saúde de volta! Gratidão!! ❤
