@mami tami I shifted very briefly three times. The first two times were right next to each other. I always thought I would fall into the bed or lose consciousness and wake up there like others said but it was literally a nano second later I was there. Like I was laying down repeating affirmations while falling asleep and just all of a sudden I was somewhere else. I was there for a second and I came back like ??? Woah I just did it. Then I laid down on my side to do it again and the same thing happened, a second later I was there. Like quicker than the blink of an eye. You really could just blink and shift and be in your dr like it’s crazy. The third shift was longer. I ended up meditating to one of celestial subliminals’ videos for 20 minutes and then just falling asleep while repeating “I am waking up in my dr” and “I intend to shift right now” and I fell asleep. Then I woke up to a very specific alarm blasting. I knew I was in my dr bc I scripted for that alarm to wake me up there and I didn’t set any in this reality. I woke up there and I was in my dr bedroom but I was super lazy lmao and just put my alarm on snooze like 3 times. Then I woke up the 4th time like wait a damn minute and I picked up my phone but I was back in my cr bedroom again 🤢 and it was 5:55am with no alarms in my phone. It was so cool to know that I finally woke up there but I’m still mad at myself for being so lazy.

@mami tami also it took me almost 4 months. I shifted 2 weeks ago and my journey started on august 30th. I tried literally everything but the one thing that helped me was to just stop trying so hard. I kept saying to myself “I’ve already shifted, it doesn’t matter what I see in this 3D reality bc I’ve already done it so even if I have doubts or I’m unmotivated, it doesn’t matter bc I literally did it.” Then I only did methods I thought were fun like lying down and daydreaming while playing music I like and sometimes affirming. Then shifting was so easy from there on out. Hope this helps❤️

It happened!!!!!!!! I woke up. My house was clean (?). I was almost 5 lbs lighter. My cat jumped right up on the chair next to my bed as I wondering what happened & started purring. My method for shifting. I will be using this tonight. The ( your name ) Method for shifting realities. Works every single time. 11 can be replaced by your favourite/lucky number from 1 - 100 Optional: Meditation Read over your script 2 times. Find a comfortable position. This can be on your back, side or stomach. Play a subliminal of your choice. Start counting your breaths and take 11 deep breaths. Say 11 affirmations and they can be repeated. Start imagining what will happen when you wake up. What are your surroundings? Who is in the house? What are you doing that day? Fall asleep and you will wake up in your desired reality. Happy Shifting.

I've been trying to shift for around 2-3 months. I know I have to stay positive, but it's so hard when it isn't working. I've been drinking lots of water and taking breaks. I just wanna leave my CR. It's to crappy here. I was so close, I've been so close a few times and then something happens and I don't shift. I tell myself every day that I'm going to shift, today is the day. Then I wake up in the morning still here and its like a slap in the face. I've been positive for 3 months, I wish that the universe would just let me shift already.

just keep in mind that your doubts dont define what you can and cant do, and that you can shift, it just might take time, and that's ok. remember every day you're a step closer, and if it helps say stuff like, "I'm ready to shift to my DR," "I want to shift" and, "I am not scared of shifting." and if you hsvent already tried other methods and keep in mind not to overcomplicate things. you don't need luck, you can do this! happy shifting 😎👍
