hi :) i’m attempting to shift correctly! (just like many of you here, im sure) i’ve tried with this video once before a few nights ago, and i’m trying again tonight! i’m gonna edit this comment and basically document my attempts, cuz why the hell not!! starting with my first attempt from the other night: 1) i got close i believe. i felt all the symptoms, but my cousin woke up and started making noise and it kinda ruined my focus. i gave up afterwards and just went to sleep.
