Oh girl. Im not trying to be mean or something but I think this whole shifting community is so toxic. I my opinion shifting is just some kind of lucid dreaming, which is so cool. I managed to do that a few times and it was so great, but it could lead to an very unhealthy view on your own life. You might start to hate your life cause you compare it to a universe I which you can do literally everything you want. And you stop trying to make your life enjoyable. Instead you run from reality and hide in a fantasy. This is just the worst case but it happens. Especially in communities with young unexperienced kids. Instead of calling it shifting it should just be called lucid dreaming or call it as it is a lot of imagination. Which is nothing bad btw… but it’s nothing spiritual either.
