I tried shifting for the first time last night and I soon felt SUPERRR dizzy. I felt detached from my bed, as if I was floating. I was trying to shift to the Dream SMP (A minecraft server) And I could see the Nether portal spirals in my vision, I became really nervous so I began praying but calmed down and realised it might not be too bad. My feet went numb and then I could hear Tubbo say “Guys, shes waking up!” Then I freaked myself out because I was too scared to shift and woke up now I hate myself, I’m trying again tonight with my friend and we wrote larger scripts. :)

I didn‘t even really try and I had just watched shifting videos for 2 days. It helps me a lot if I wake up at night after a few hours of sleep. OK OK SO I started to try to shift around october or november, and when december rolled around I decided I would wait till after Christmas because I was unmotivated and wasn’t feeling like missing Christmas if I did shift. So now its May and I decided I would try again- long break ik lol I was unmotivated and I cant listen to music when I shift but anyway- so after I watched Shimmey Shay harass me (pls its a video lmao) I decided “Ok it’s settled, I’m trying tonight.” So I revised my script it’s all nice ykyk but I didn’t use an actual method I just laid on my back and started counting but then forgot to keep counting and I like stopped hearing noises in my house. Like it was weird it was pretty much dead silent like I couldn’t even hear my own breathing. But then I started to hear stuff again so I think I was close but moved or sumn Also the reason I did the lay on the back thing I saw it in someones shifting video and they shifted on one of their first tries w/ it so I just used it

here is a tip NEVER SAY WANT instead just say I will shift here is an example say you went to a restaurant and you got water you'll ask for it and then as soon as you know it you'll have water but then say another day your really thirsty and go back to that same restaurant and you say I want water and it feels so long for the water to come hope this makes sense or helps in some sort of way

My DR is a mess. It's an IT/Good Omens/Harry Potter DR, so my script is very long. I really wanted to go to Hogwarts, but I wanted be friends with the Losers' club, and I also wanted to have an uncle as cool as Crowley, so I had to invent a little story to put everything together without messing it up. It's very frustrating and annoying to change my DR every 15 days, just because I want to be everywhere, so I thought this would be a good idea.

So sometimes when you go to a DR you can bring back abilities so could you try to do a British accent video? You might find it a lot easier than you thought if you were doing that the whole time in your DR and have the memories of that, also if you don't have all the memories you can just script that you'll remember everything from your DR once you come back to your CR. Also there are a lot of good books and sources on Wattpad that you can check out, they're basically just full of tips and methods for shifting and lucid dreaming. Also if you've shifted and lucid dreamt, you should check out astral projection. Also doon't pay for any of the programs you'll find on websites on google search, wattpad is a much better source.

i’ve been trying the raven method but it just never works, and i’ve only felt the symptoms once when trying it 😔 but the place i’m trying to shift to is Twisted Wonderland (a game) and i think the Alice in Wonderland method is the best so far since i’ve really only tried the raven method and the julia method (which i always fall asleep mid meditation 😔) i’m good at visualization and it’s a really fun method but i haven’t shifted yet, is there any method that’s similar to it that i could try? i’m new to shifting but on the first time shifting i had very heavy symptoms during the alice in wonderland and the only thing that brought me out it that i wanted to take my headphones out 😔
