How To Make a 700 WHP Mustang Reliable

I bought a mustang and only have 10k to mod it. I want it to make 700 whp what should I do

Wtf is taking so long ? 8 months for a pretty steaightforward run of the mill blower and supporting mods install

Car broke and a combination of the shop moving locations, and the transmission taking FOREVER to get built delayed things fairly significantly. Build itself took about three weeks once we had all the parts.
