I’ll definitely do a video in the summer, although I find that I wrap my bouquets 3 different ways, depending on how the flowers are sitting.

Could I? Absolutely lol I planted Zinnias last year and thought I was going to love them; I did not :( They did great and were tall and beautiful, but they were my least favorite for some reason.

Love your videos. Could you do a video on DIY hanging flower baskets? I love hanging baskets but they are expensive and they don't have that much variety. Thanks

As someone who grows cut flowers on a micro urban plot, a video like this for people who have minimal space would also be super helpful. Not to me, but to others. For me, the price of seeds/bulbs etc. is not the issue, the best use of space is, however, super important.

I have no plans for a cut flower garden (not enough full sun space) but I really enjoy your channel. I'm in MN zone 4.

Great selection! I got eucalyptus, sweet peas, persian cress, cloud grass, yarrow and purity cosmos from WCS this year. Their shipping is very fast compared to other suppliers!

This is the year I go for it!!! I started following you at the beginning of 2020. To say I’m Super excited is beyond the truth. Because of your tips and lessons I took a simple vegetable and small flower garden to new heights. I had random neighbors stopping by asking all kinds of questions and everyone enjoyed the beautiful that bloomed. Thank you 🙏🏼 for everything ❤️❤️❤️ Also the affiliate link here is not an active link I don’t know if you are aware or not. Ty again -MiMu

TFS! I have purchased and planted many of the seeds you mentioned! I have lots on it's way to get started on!! I'm so excited for the 1st season and so far I haven't added up the cost yet for this new ENDEAVOR! I know will be successful. I love at the tiny flowers now and worry "Are they going to get big?" Especially the Lisianthus!! Compared to the Sunflowers!! Lol The best advice I could give would be "Patience" Good luck to everyone who is thinking about starting a flower farm.

Thank you Kristen!! I am pleased with my choices now. I am doing a second round of baby's breath this year though because they did fizzle out. Also, out the Rose Lilies at West Coast. Great price too!

Great questions for people considering a cut flower garden and looking at costs. I used West Coast seeds in the past but more for vegetable gardening and complementary pollinator flowers. I don’t know that I would recommend $5 for 20 sunflower seeds to people on a budget.
@ShiftingRoots
@ShiftingRoots 2 жыл бұрын
It’s true, it was definitely a splurge in the budget, but they really are a better cutting sunflower than the other ones.
@blommfleuriste

It's a matter of preference. For the same 5$ spent, someone might prefer to look at 20 sunflowers than 500 marigolds. Flowers are such a sentimental choice 🥰

Thank you for a great video. I'm located in Prince George, BC, and I'm always looking for channels that garden in the same zone. I might have to take a trip to the garden centre tomorrow to pick up a few more seeds. I'm hoping to sell a few cut flowers this year, but ill also and happy if I use this year as a practice run.

Scabiosa and eucalyptus are one of my dream flowers/foliage. In all honesty, looking for seeds aren't a probs for me. It's the pests that are my number concern. Can you do a video about this pls Thank you in advance.

Just a note to USA watchers/customers: I got super excited about the dahlia prices and went to the website immediately. Unfortunately there's a note on the dahlia listings that say "*Please note, this product cannot be shipped to the USA.*". Cue the sad trombone. Handy video otherwise!
