My wife forced a shipoo into my life. Then after being unable to leave him home alone due to him crying the entire time. I was forced to take him to work everyday since my wife's work is not dog friendly. Now 5 years later he is my best friend and I couldn't imagine life without him. lol

Me & an ex got a shihpoo puppy in 2018 & she was just so adorable & loving. When we split in 2020 it broke my heart knowing i'd never see her again. I still miss that little bundle of joy til this day.

I had a shipoo for 8years. He was the best puppy in the world. Social, loving, well behaved, easy to train, the absolute love of my life. My baby passed away from cancer this summer at 8yrs old and it was devastating but I would recommend this bundle of joy to anyone who is affectionate and willing to take their partners with them on their daily errands and adventures 🙂☺️

So sorry for your loss. As an owner of a shihpoo reading this turned my stomach into knots! 😢 Yes they are happy funny friendly highly entertaining lovable excellent companions. I have one and another that is a small poodle mix. I can’t imagine life without them. One of my dogs the poodle mix is going on 11yrs old in human yrs. And I can see him slowing down a lot this year and it just gets me so nervous when I think about it.

I have never had a dog of my own. I always had cats but I want a little dog now. Having never had a dog before I'm concerned about how to get ready for her. I want a little toy dog and I want everything to be ready and have pet insurance for her. I'm going to love her so much!! -

I have the perfect cute lovable bred shihpoo ever and luckily my family and I got him for FREE!! As his parents are owned by a family member and she never meant to bread them. Her only concern was finding a good safe loving home for each of the puppies. Owners she could call any time she pleased just to check up on them once in a while. It’s perfect as she also gladly babysits them whenever the families need a dog sitter. She says they’re her grandchildren and actually treats them as such so we don’t have to worry one bit about them getting treated poorly.

The picture of ghevMsltipoo looks a lot like the Cavapoo I had. Cavapoos are wonderful, sweet dogs, but they can have a predisposition for several very serious health problems. So I would ask which had best health profile: Maltipoo or Shihpoo?

My Einstein is a shipoo rescue! Imagine finding at the humane society a year-old male the day he came off hold. His sister was adopted just hours before him, or we would've had two! He needed a bit of socializing and housebreaking, but I found him to be very responsive. Fun, cute as can be, and affectionate. Allergies and grooming, however, add quite an expense. Pet insurance is a must.

I had a shih poo, and left him alone for 9 to 12 hours. Though it's better not to leave any dog alone for long, but most of us do have to go to work. If you have a neighbor or a friend who can come by and let them out it would be very helpful.
