I don't usually comment on videos, but I just had to say that you did such an amazing job with this dog. I've seen many, many matted dogs being rescued in videos like these and I know it can't be easy, but I've never seen feet or a face like this dog had. You chipped away at those mats and you didn't let the dog's wriggling deter you. You knew she would feel so much better once you got her free, and you did. You truly saved her and it's people like you that make the world a better place for dogs like these. I do hope she went on to live out the rest of her life somewhere happily with a new owner. Amazing job

This poor baby. I am in tears watching this video. I have a 14 year old Shih Tzu. Your an Angel for grooming these sweet babies MB. This is ridiculous and there is No excuse for an owner to do Nothing for this13 year old and let her suffer in this condition. Bring the dogs to a place that will help and/or sign them over so that they enjoy are able to enjoy life and be loved by someone else.

I did Bouvier one time and all i had was scissors. I couldn't take her to a groomer because she wouldn't trust anyone but me. She was a rescue that i had just picked up. It took me 10 hours of hard work but i never cut her even once.

I don't understand 😢 how people can even have pets and not take care of them. That is abuse to me. I pray they're watching you take care of their dogs and see what their dogs go through letting their dogs grooming is painful. And also what you go through grooming them. It breaks my heart. They don't deserve them if they can't afford to take care of their dogs. Thank you so much for taking care of those poor babies. My heart goes out to you and the precious baby. ❤😢

I owners should not be Allowed to have animal back! I’m a master groomer I went to her school in Pa she invented the clippper vac ! Clipper vac is a life saver no hot blades no breathing hair!! I’m happy u have her clipper vac I been a groomer for 30 years retired now but I hope she still has students and the school running it was awesome and nice people

Whose school are you talking about? Plus you wouldn't be able to keep the dogs you would have HUNDREDS! ..as you know... I'd be thankful that the owner would bring their pet in to GET groomed then educate them firmly not to leave so long!

She seemed to know you're helping Poor little love could have used a hanging hammock for the feet. They cannot sit with one of those & you know it's safer when they aren't trying to sit. It's so sad that a dear little dog ends up so badly matted. I hope you're one day able to get small, quiet clippers for feet as dogs seem so upset about their feet being touched. And the noise must be scary

Loud music would frighten the dogs! Calm music after a bath AND finished would be better & in a separate room when in cages. But I know that's just an after thought lol....❤❤
