Call it ironic or interesting even but I’ve been into Buddhism for a while and even more so lately. Well I recently came upon a shih ztu and just felt connected to her and so I adopted her. She is the sweetest companion. I also named her Rori without knowing about the lion aspect. It just seems like the universe was aligned and that we were meant to be. ♥️

i had a shih tzu too, after i knew of this legend, i started calling him "Orion!, come here you little chinese lion" because they look just the same but in mini version
