If you press caps lock while handcuffed as Bruce it kinda breaks his state, so when I counter those guys my animation doesn't play, and I can counter the next guy right away

2:27 I'll never understand why people hate RTA so much. Must be internet echo chamber or something cuz, aside from some specific scenes, the games overall look way better, they added rain to Asylum, something that was meant to be there on OG but devs couldnt make it work back then, made both games look more like Knight, toned down on the brownish-grayish color grading every UE3 game had back then and Batman's cape finally doesnt look like it's made of pool cover material

Having played both side by side very recently, there are a handful of specific things that are better, and there are so many more things that are significantly worse. There's no reason why it couldn't have just been an objectively better version of the games, and it just isn't. Also City RTA doesn't look ANYTHING like Knight, and it shouldn't, the games all are supposed to have somewhat different art styles

@@ShikenNuggets I agree on the artstyle part, the first two games rly have that comic book kinda of style. Even the stories themselves kinda feel like something out of the comics or the animated show. Knight rly went for the more realistic cinematic style. That's why I still play the OGs more, I just dont understand why people genuinely hate the remasters like they were some sort of Silent Hill HD Collection of the Batman Arkham franchise, hair does look awful tho, Hugo Strange looks rly goofy

Faster dialogue, yeah. I don't know that it's Castilian Spanish specifically, the game simply lists it as Spanish, and I've gotten inconsistent comments about which one it supposedly is and what the differences supposedly are

Most of the glitchless strats are pretty straightforward, just watch a run and ask in the Discord if there's anything you're having trouble with

Right, but I'm saying that there isn't much that actually needs to be explained. 99% of the glitchless strats are just "do this". All the games have fairly optimized Glitchless times, and there aren't tons of new strats that are missing from any of the top runs. Anyway, I haven't been the top glitchless guy in any of the games in ages and also don't really have time to drop everything to make a detailed tutorial that'll be outdated in 6 months anyway, so if you really want to learn the run you'll just have to make do with what I suggested

Speedrunning guides will always become outdated after a few months but having 90% of the tricks explained whould still be usefull for any new-comer to arkham speedruning

Lmao Joker 2 wasn’t that bad. People treat it like it’s the worst piece of hot garbage ever created. It has redeemable qualities. There are good scenes and Juaquin’s performance is spectacular. Anyways, gg.

To each their own. I didn't find his performance nearly as compelling as it was in the first movie, personally. Really most of what the first movie nailed I felt was a bit of a step backwards in this one, and the new elements weren't great (Harley added very little to the movie for me, and the musical aspect was VERY weak). I agree that the critical reception was excessively harsh, but I also can't honestly recommend that anyone go out of their way to watch it
