Jab kargil city ka yeh haal hai toh dur daras ka kya he kehna kargil ka bade officer say lekar contractor tak commission khata hai toh banane kay liye kya bachega 4 crore ka fund aata hai toh banane kay liye 50 lakh he bachta hai phir kya banega 85% gotala aur commission khata hai
