She let her daughter express herself growing up how she felt she was at the time without doing anything drastic (hormones medication or surgery) and as she grew older her mind changed about her image as it does throughout life as you grow older, that’s why I think it’s important to let your kids express themselves but don’t let them make any permanent changes cause their mind could change like her daughter’s, she now feels she wants to be more feminine in her style and image and she can do that cause she didn’t make any permanent changes to herself

I think Shi is the perfect blend of both her parents. I am jealous, what seemingly perfect parents to have: socially conscious (they actually DO things for the causes they support, they build, visit and get their hands dirty), they are both ambitious and independent and intelligent. They have a blended family and have shown their kids the world and different cultures. What well rounded children they must be. Brad's parents and siblings are grounded, midwest people who are hard workers while Angie's parents are 100% Hollywood. These children have so many supportive relationships in their lives. I hope they can use all the positive things that they have to pass on to their children.

"Questionable parenting style." Imagine living in a world that calls it questionable parenting when you actually respect your child's autonomy and allow them to explore their likes and figure out who they truly are without judging them or trying to control them and loving them unconditionally. Oh wait, we live in that weird backwards world already full of controlling parents being seen as "normal" and judgmental people who think how others choose to live their lives affects them. It's good that she transformed into a nice beautiful girl. She looks like more of Angelina and a little of Brad that's why a combination is so beautiful.

My guess is, she is interested in boys. Thats usually what does it. Zahara is just beautiful! She just beams! She always dresses beautifully and smiles so bright. I bet she is full of grace. I wish the media would make a big deal out of her. She is a jewel.

True. I also noticed the closeness between Zahara and Shiloh throughout the whole photo series. For me this bond of sisters was one of the most beautiful things to discover in this video. Even though it is repeatedly said that Shiloh went through the boyish faze because she wanted to be 'like her brothers'... she seemed to team up a lot with beautiful Zahara.

It's a natural thing for kids to experiment with their style. When i was little I hated dresses. I experimented a lot. And I agree with Angelina being supportive of their style being so important. My mom was super supportive of my diverse experimentation. Mom always supported my unconventional style and it helped me find a confidence in knowing who i am, and im not sure I'd have found so early if i didn't have at least one parent supporting my individuality. I dealt with a lot of cruelty from the general public about my style, and they all said it was a phase in the 90s....haha 26 years later... still rockin my look. Though now its more accepted by the general population than it was then! The constant harassment and people making cruel commentary made me thick skinned about what people think of me - coz my style isn't for anyone else but me, i don't seek anyone's approval.

It’s amazing all the fuss that’s been made about Shiloh Jolie Pitt despite all the push for gender neutrality. Jeez…. make up your minds. Maybe it’s the very thing Angelina has been criticized for that brought her daughter around to her feminine side. But then again who has actually been doing the criticizing? Anyone one who matters? Or just media hype???
@muavead3 жыл бұрын
So agree with it. The hypocrite society is to be blamed.. they yap about things and then complain when those what they have been hooting from rooftops are fulfilled. I hope the parents ( Angelina and Brad ) have given them the strong minds and steely nerves to withstand all that fuss and live their own life.
@charlotternilsen31322 жыл бұрын
Yepp you said it!! Sooo long we have fought and fought for gender neutrality for kids and in fashion, and our mothers and their generation for laws and change and more equality, and here we are! Spitting on a child for changing into herself by choosing in between "boy-clothes"... like when did baggy clothes mean boys only? Not in the 60s, not in the 70s, not in 80s, not in the 90s either. Maybe only back in 1945 we told every girl to behave and wear skirts, and back in 1800 corsettes! America is happily turning back to those ages

I think Shiloh is a beautiful combination of BOTH of her parent's. As far as her style, she's perfect however SHE wants to be. Anyone who criticizes a child's parent's for letting them dress how they want to dress or be their authentic self needs to take a step back and look at their OWN fault's as a person.
@sassafrasstree74493 жыл бұрын
Well done. Good parenting. Dress as you like. Always.

well like in 98 % of these cases it just grows out. Imagine you allow every kid to chemically do bodily harm to themselves instead of just letting it grow out naturally. Over 51 % of Humans who underwent an irreversible gender change attempt or commit suicide each year, 95 % are considering or thinking about suicide every year.

Why does Hollywood get so surprised when someone decides to change their mind or style. Shes growing and what she likes will change many times still until she finds who she really is. Just why does it have to be a big thing.

Brad and Angelina’s biological children really take after their parents in many ways. They are all gorgeous. That said, I see two of them in braces at a young age in this video. Surprising that even celebrities’ kids don’t have perfect teeth too. Well, I guess most celebrities got braces or veneers anyway.

Kudos to her parents for not forcing her to wear dresses or whatever. I was like her when I was younger, everyone thought I wanted to be a boy because I hate wearing girly dresses. It just changed in college 🤷🏻♀

No big deal. I dressed like a boy and wanted to be a boy until I was 13. Thank God my parents didn't press "reassignment"; I discovered make-up and decided I really liked being all girl after all! Now I'm all frilly. LOL.
