Shilpa seems so genuine and down to earth. Also just to add the fact Shilpa is so fit could have something to do with genetics, metabolism and ofcourse her personal gym, exercise and food intake. Nothing is possible without sacrifice and hard work. Transformation whether inwards or outwards is only possible with the right discipline, awareness and healthy mindset. She was definitely correct when she stated "awareness is important". What a wonderful lady, beautiful and determined ❤ Hormones and other health factors can a play a role on your physical needs and weight loss also. Age is a huge factor as well, a lot of things can affect weight and how you look etc. The important thing is to be humble and happy, strive for happiness in the present and keep going. To all women, you are beautiful the way your creator has made you, be you and be confident.
