Yes Jade's issue wasn't one of racism. Shilpa was everything Jade wasn't so all Jade's insecurities came racing to the surface manifesting itself in bullying and aggression. Jo O'Meara was racist though, and Danielle said Shilpa should go home!! It was awful to watch . Still Shilpa rose above it beautifully.

As he started talking about the apples, my skin began to crawl..! I'd forgotten I'd seen this movie as a kid and got totally creeped out! Indian actor\actress have always been this way. They are very educated and well spoken. They do their work with pride, dignity.. They do not claim their fame from Negativity, rudeness, trash\vulgar talks, vulgarity by show casing their naked body in social media for fame and money, by talking shit about another influencers\actors and proudly claiming about it and making it their legacy. As nowadays, some(not everybody) of the young western women influencers\celebs claim to fame are these all things above. which is not an example of modern, civilized, strong, independant women of today. They call it\talk about equal rights, standing up for rights, being unapologetic, feminism and all but they show to followers is being too sensitive to every topic and miss intrepreting it, being offensive ude in simple things and turning everything into racial subject\matter and shout at top of their lungs about it with no knowledge at all. Those above things are not the example of us being feminist, standing up for our rights. Women empowerment doesn't mean being mean and bad as a human being. Even back then Indian actress has always been strong, independent women, they worked hard their whole lives, earned millions but always stayed humble, kind as a person. They always represented Indian women being a good example to young generations and showed the modern\true side of Indian women to the world. They always thought about young new generations. They are all intellectual, very well spoken just like Shilpa, Priyanka, Aishwarya, Deepika padukone and many more. They are the true meaning\example of being feminist, women empowerment, modern day independant women with dignity and pride, opinionated,cultural but as well as remaining good kind hearted in person, even as a human being. Indian film industry is not the same as any other in this whole world, the fact that there are movies made of more than 15 different languages in a single country makes it difficult for a single actor or an actress to be a major star of the whole country.
