Hey, Thanks for letting me know there was Oil in the box, I just grabbed it from the box threw the box on a shelf spooled it up put it on a Rod and started casting it and casting it. This thing casts like a dream.

I know this is a subjective question but which is the SLX DC closer to in feel in hand. The standard SLX or the Curado DC? I lost my SLX overboard and replaced it with a Curado DC. I loved the feel of the SLX but love the performance of my Curado DC, which puts me in an awkward spot after icast... haha

I'm going to have to agree with you. My xt looks way better than my dc. The dc is still a nice upgrade but the choice of styling on these 2 reels is backwards. the cheaper slx xt looks more sleeker and refined than the more expensive slx dc. It just strikes me as odd that they chose this. The dc looks almost identical to the standard slx.

Who would buy the Curados if the SLX DC casts better too? Good question. My read is this, well in my eyes I think the Curado K and Curado DC both look a lot better than the SLX DC. Also, they have Micro Module Gears too. But, I would say is mainly on looks. The SLX with those great big massive wordings just look plain cheap in my opinion although it does do the job. As for the Tatula Elite, I do agree no doubt it is expensive if you compare it to the Curado DC, but if you compare it to the Chronarch MGL it is alright.

If your vids can you start showing the reels on a actual rod too so people can see how high or low the reel sits... sometimes you have small reels that don't sit as low on a rod as an aldebaran does so it can be misleading when you go to buy the sucker.

Alot of people bought the Curado DC because it was the most affordable DC reel and for no other reason than that. This will definitely cut into Curado DC sales and Curado K sales. I predict the next 200 size Curado will get a price drop, maybe to kill off the Tatula 100
