Have of the FJs. Shimano can spin the marketing as much as they want but using my buddy's FK there no difference in casting nor performance. If you have the FJ don't upgrade. If you have an older Stella definitely recommend upgrading.

Amazing reel, but heavy. For tough conditions great, but for general fishing circumstances there is no point in taking that heavy reel.

Easier to balance on rods for those that care about tip heavy setups. I personally don’t but it is what it is.
