Good choice young man excellent rod company. The carado, zodias expride B rods have fantastic backbone excellent balance. I like the carbon fiber handle better sensitivity. Nice big bass bud good release.

I have this rod. Well, the OG Original Zodias when it first came out in Heavy Action. It's perfect for jigs and Swivel Heads. I've paired mine up with a Shimano Chronarck reel. It's butter and it's money! It can cast a country mile. And speaking of fishing line, Daiwa now has a Camo colored fishing line. The line is literally camo green. "DAIWA SAMURAI".
