I have tried all these but still unable to register the line and save the line at the end of setting and show error. Should the tension be remained at 3 all the time?

Question. My FM 3000 show error when register 10m line. When this happen, line counter show 2m but the exact line out is 5m. How can I fix this? Thank you very much.
