It is big question on authority how more floor were build in ecologically sensitive place like Shimla under the nose administration. Major reason is appearing to be corruption. Civil society who are protesting should not let hijack the protest by right wing militia who will attmpt to do so to replicate what is currently evident in Uttrakhand where even minor issue leads to protest against demand of boycott and forced migration in name of 'Devbhumi. At the same time if precedent is set by this protest after subsequent judgement or administrative action, then it is going to open pandorabox for both side, specially for Hindu community. As we see many illegal Temples in north India specially in Hospitals, Police stations or Peeple tree at public space. Whatever ever action should is there, "Rule of law" should prevail and not by the whims and fancies of "Buldozer justice"
