wait how did he re-enter the shinkansen concourse area again at kzbin.info/www/bejne/hIbMhXanjLh7ZrM when he already exited the shinkansen area? doesn't he need to purchase shinkansen reserved seat tickets first to re-enter? i'm so confused. it looks like he just used his IC card but i thought to enter shinkansen area we need shinkansen tickets? anyone have any guidance? it would greatly be appreciated.
