It's originally derived from the "ngo" in the name of Domingo Guzman, a baseball player who pitched a really terrible game in 2008 and got a lot of shit for it online. After that, whenever a baseball pitcher screwed up, people would laugh at them and replace the end of their name with "ngo", like "lol Bengo" in your case for example, to liken them to Domingo Guzman. Then later it mutated so that people would just put it at the end of random sentences when talking about any kind of screwup (generally their own screwup), like "lol I bombed my finals todayngo". And then finally it mutated so that people would just put it at the end of random sentences for no reason. It's a kind of "chanspeak" if you will. Tomoshika doesn't really say it all that often in practice, but she does seem to like the concept of it, hence why she makes videos like this one. EDIT: according to nicopedia it's gotten so widespread that it ranked #3 most popular slang among teenage girls in 2017, lol. So I guess it's expanded beyond "chanspeak" at this point.
