Shine Muscat Cake Recipe :: Fruit Cake :: Grape Cake :: Cream Cake

At first glance, it looks just like a bunch of grapes on a cake.
I made it, but it looks really bright and pretty in reality, and it tastes the best. ^^
Enjoy Shine Musket, which is delicious to eat as it is, as a pretty cake.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), teaspoon (tsp) (not measuring spoon)
[Bread pan size: 32cm x 29cm]
✤ Batter 1
4 Egg yolks
25g (2.5Tbsp) Sugar
50g(6Tbsp) Milk
30g(4Tbsp) Vegetable Oil (grapeseed, avocado etc..,)
4g(0.5Tbsp) Vanilla oil
70g Soft flour
✤ Batter 2
4 Egg whites
50g(5Tbsp) Sugar
✤ Whipped Cream
500g Heavy cream
40g Sugar
80g Mascarpone cheese
✤ Decor
Shine Musket (seedless grapes available)
✤ TIP
I used a large egg, and the total of 4 eggs is 224g.
I used a generous amount of whipped cream. Spread on the remaining bread.
Large grains of Shine Musket are heavy and may fall off easily, so a medium size is recommended.
If the room temperature is high, the cream may become soft and the shine musket may fall off easily.
In that case, please take time to harden the cream in the refrigerator.
Put only one row of kernels in the middle of the bread. I put the top two pieces in each, but they couldn't be sewn together, so I took them away.
