As perma-novice player, I love this song. Not a lot of shredding or tricky chord shapes, but you get to actually listen and feel what you're playing and express yourself in the subtle things like how long you hold a bend, how fast you go up, hold one a little longer here or there. Feels like you don't really need to know how to improvise to improvise with this.

15 plying guitar for 10 years and one thing I do to get gilmour sound is play on the neck pickup and turn your pickup switch to the neck that’s what gilmour uses
