Shinedown Crowd helps with Second Chance

Brent Smith gets a little emotional as the crowd helps him with the song due to him having bronchitis. I don’t think he was fully prepared for that kind of love and support.

The crazy thing is, this group of individuals wrote a song, played it live, and really didn’t even have to sing the vocals themselves because the fans did it for them…goes to show just how powerful this song is and how much it means to others

That was such an emotional show. I loved it until he made me cry. But thank God he gave his all to give us a show. I flew in from out of state for the show, and although it wasn't the show Brent wanted to give us, we loved it nonetheless.

I was at this show and I had a great time! We were more than happy to help him with the vocals! The band was great about jumping in and singing too! We had a fantastic time! They canceled their next show cuz he wanted the fans to have a great experience! That gal singing off key sounds like me! But we were on the other side! I’m glad I’m not the only one who can’t carry a tune in a bucket with a lid on it!😄🙋🏻‍♀️🎶😁🎵

I've been to 2 Shinedown shows so far, but I swear to god, if I ever go to a Shinedown show and Brent has a hard time with his voice, I'll BEG him to give me the mic and I'll happily sing Second Chance and Simple Man for him! (Yes, I really can sing 😅) that would make one of my dreams come true!
