In NZ for ages all we knew about Shinedown was this single. It got thrashed on radio and I it took me years to give this band a "second chance" but man, I'm glad I discovered all their catalogue. This song still holds up many years later too. Respect.

Even if he's singing in a lower register and a half step lower (it's a hard song to sing live) he delivers some really expressive melodic lines different than the original melody but tastefully for the acoustic arrangement. A great vocalist without a doubt.
