I watched UMJ's livestream SHINee World V documentary this morning. The look of horror and shock on Jonghyun's face when Minho ate the cake that he smashed onto Jjong's sweaty face vs Minho's pleased face are unforgettable.

the one i love that is not in here is that for key's birthday minho decided to shove a cake in key's face BUT to ensure key wouldn't take revenge decided to wear key's designer clothes while doing it--knowing key would not want to ruin his own clothes. there's a good photo somewhere of minho and taemin and jonghyun all grinning in key's clothes while key is miserable with cake on his face.

I believe you're talking about the one at 1:19. Min Ho organized a surprise birthday for Key, and Jong Hyun and Tae Min was able to join him. They wore Key's clothes before smashing the cake on to his face. LOL Min Ho (or Key) said that Onew was not able to join them because he was outside eating, when Min Ho organized it. There are pictures on Twitter ^_^

Any time a group or artist holds a concert in a country where the artists don't speak the native language they will have an interpreter who translates what they say in any of the audience interaction parts of the concert. It would be pretty pointless if they spent 5 minutes talking to the audience and they couldn't understand each other. Kpop concerts are held all over the world, so there is no way a group would be expected to know every language. :D That last clip in the end of the video was SHINee being disappointed because the cake wasn't real so they couldn't smash it in each others face. That cake was made out of styrofoam or plastic.

Probably if they got a cake and treated it normally, nobody would even remember it, maybe they wouldn't remember it themselves, but the way it lands on them is just one of a kind and everyone remembers it :) Thank you. SHINee 💎💎💎💎💎

I don’t remember which show it was but there was a closeup of one member literally rubbing the cake into the other member’s face for a good 5 seconds - not just a splat and run. No mercy 😂

i feel the same way about cake, it's my favorite desert and i'd hate to waste it but i think i read somewhere that these cakes that idols get for their bdays are actually very cheap (literally just whipping cream and bread) and mostly for decoration purposes, so maybe that's why they're not hesitant to throw them

I appreciate your cake > family priorities, also I now want to try strawberry cake because I don't think I ever have?? I'd love if you had a chance to look at more of their solo mvs, like Jonghyun's Crazy and Deja-Boo from 2015, or Key's Forever Yours and One Of Those Nights from 2018 or Cold and I Wanna Be from 2019. I don't want to list them all because it's overwhelming but those are some good pairs that you haven't seen yet! (omg or Minho's I'm Home paired with his dance practises for Heartbreak or Area then I can finally recommend the Ringtone solos) Hope you have a good Birthday!

The concert with the colourful pants was in Singapore, so they had an english interpreter/translator. Key's reaction is so funny, he's so scared of cake fights hahaha
