It was 3rd in the opening set..Intro, Sherlock, Shine, Stranger, Picasso. Shine and Picasso are also dance heavy songs. SM really did some magic in putting these 5 together. Thank you for the reactions.

Yes yes lets watch the entire concert, their tours are such an incredible experience! Even in the same tour, their Korean and Japanese concerts will have different feel and performances. Jonghyun's high note in the CD is not even that long. Whenever they perform live, the arrangements and vocals are so so much better. Yes, their amazing stage costumes and even their promotion wardrobe are all thanks to fashionista Key who became the group's official designer. Girls, girls girls is such a cute song and performance because it is literally about the four older brothers teaching and explaining to their clueless baby maknae how to get a girl.

Thanks for your SHINee reaction. You should watch the entire concert. Their concerts are insane. They change up song arrangements and choreos for each performance. Therefore their live is much more colorful than the CDs. They are truly performance kings. Now you know where Taemin got his influence from🙂 He was raised as a SHINee.

This performance and whole concert in fact makes you wonder how they can even be real? Shinee harmonies and stage presence are on another level, while Jonghyun high note at the end is a historical moment in kpop, what a voice, what a range, after Jonghyun passing this part is performed by Taemin, and boy, he makes it juctice in his own unique way ❤❤❤ can't get over those costumes as well, Key is an absolute genious for designing these masterpieces, how come he doesn't have his own fashion line is beyond me 🫶

For the record shinee Key participated and designed these specific shinee world 4 costumes, they are glowing thats for sure. Another thing I believe shinee likes to emulate the great michael jackson in their own style. If you search youd find Jonghyun singing Mj high notes, they said they watched Mj a lot in their pre debut, shawols knows for a fact Jonghyun had the mj way of singing, and taemin took the dancing part of Mj. Finaly Shinee are the only group in kpop that I find they are actors on stage, they display their songs you feel like its a piece of a musical teatre going on. Although Jonghyun passed away in 2017 may his soul rest in peace, shinee members struggled to cover his high notes parts but they did a great job, especially taemin who covered this specific jonghyun high note in stranger 2018 cancert from now on. What I hope is that you react to jonghyun alone sometimes in the futur, he was a poet and an artist, he was cut from a different cloth, so original so pure and so magical. His voice was second to none, he was vry confident about his voice and bragged about it that he was one of the best singers out there hahahaha he knew he had the talent, onew is the leader of shinee but jonghyun was like a soft mom but strict when needed to be, all members rely on him he teached taemin how to sing thats a fact, and gave him his song Already that you can enjoy on one of taemin 2016 album. You can hear his soul speaking in his music, some of his works Breath, FirePlace, Elevator, Diphylleia Grayi, Happy birthday, Y si fuera Ella, lonely, Crazy, lonely, sorry, so goodbye, End of a day, Moon and so much more...Hope you stay healthy and safe :) and thank you very much for reacting to shinee, it makes us worm and reliving the memories shinee memebrs left us over the years, Thak you !

I am a recent subscriber and I'm working my way through your SHINEE reactions. They look great in white like this; actually they are great in suits, full stop, as in their recent live of "Good Evening". That long high note of Jonghyun's - perfection. That image of him alone and bending over like that will remain forever iconic in Kpop history.

Please watch the song that came literslly right before it. Where we see Jonghyun singing the opening notes of this song. He just finished the previous song 1 second earlier. That song is SHINe. It’s super RNB dance vocal song. Everyone goes off almost harder then this one in a different way. Aside from SHINe. At the same concert there is a really cutesy funny song named Woof woof that will be a nice palate cleanser if the epicness is blowing you up haha

SHINee had four lead vocalists when Jonghyun was alive--any of those four could have lead a group here in the West. Onew has a distinct voice with massive power and scary breath control, as he demonstrates by holding a note for over forty seconds in a video called "Friend." Although he still has problems with pitch sometimes, Taemin has a decent range and power. Key had perfect pitch and piercing power within his (limited) range. But Jonghyun had the distinct voice with power, a great range, gorgeous breath control, fantastic pitch--as long as he wasn't tired, AND stunning clarity across his entire range. The sound that came out of him was crazy pure. The singer he most reminded me of was Steve Perry of Journey. Not the same sound, but the same "type" of power vocalist that comes along once in a generation. I still love SHINee, but it isn't the same without him. Of all of the remaining members, Key has the best chance of assuming most of the Jonghyun mantle, although he will have to work hard to expand his range. He was able to be a little lazy when Jonghyun and Onew could handle so much of the hardcore technique workload. He doesn't have that luxury anymore.

If you're going to react to one concert, SWC4 is definitely the one to go with. That's the one that features those beautiful white costumes, which were designed by Key (fun fact:he was made a fashion director in 2015 and given authority to design Shinee's concert outfits).

If you are impressed with Jonghyun's long high note in "Stranger", just wait until you see Onew's performance of "Friend," kzbin.info/www/bejne/ombae3evoNRosJo. Onew broke the record for the longest continuous note at 40+ seconds, just because he could. Or Key's high note in "Like a Fire" live at their SHINee World Concert III (SWC3) in Seoul. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pXXViHusndp_rsU. All the members of SHINee have amazing high note abilities. Even Minho, who is the main rapper and has the deepest voice out of all of them, has been known to hit some impressive high notes on occasion. Fun fact: SHINee's outfits in this performance were designed by Key in collaboration with their stylists. He is the one that embellished them and designed each of them. As SHINee's fashion expert, Key often is the one that comes up with SHINee's look for their MVs and live stages. He has a whole portfolio of sketches of ideas for some of their most iconic stage outfits and he meticulously designs every detail and accessory. "Stranger" is a b-side track which was first released as a bonus track on SHINee's repackaged debut Japanese album. And then the Korean version was included a few months later on their Sherlock album. So there are only live performances of the song. But, most of the time, a live performance is better than an MV, and you can watch this same live performance as much as, and as often as, you want, just like you would an MV. Plus, there are no confusing storylines or images that distract you from the amazing dancing and vocals, in live performances. :D SHINee live is 3000% better than any of their studio versions of their songs -- which says a lot, because SHINee's albums are perfection, and it's pretty hard to outdo perfection. LOL As you heard, SHINee are known for their live vocals and amazing dancing. They are known as CD-quality singers for a reason. :D As I think you know, SHINee always sings live. The ONLY thing they are not good at is lip syncing so they avoid it at all costs, so when you hear SHINee singing 95% of the time it will be live. They have trained their entire career to be able to sing live and always sound flawless while performing extremely complex choreography like this. SHINee live is like none other, and their stages are some of the best in the industry. Their concerts last 3 to 4 hours straight and they perform nonstop and never sound out of tune or out of breath. They are also one of the best dancers in Kpop and they have some of the best harmonies you will ever hear. SHINee literally set the standard when it comes to live performances. It is actually known as the SHINee standard and it's what all other groups strive to reach. SHINee are Idols' Idols and legends among legends. They are one of the groups that pretty much made Kpop what it is today. I also just recently found where someone has reuploaded the whole concert DVD of SHINee World Concert IV in Seoul -- the whole 3+ hours -- and it even has English subs for all the parts where they interact with the audience, right in the video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bIXOn4KCmtiImZY It really feels like you are right there at this concert.
