Shining Tor - Peak District Wild Camp - Hilleberg Allak2

I was well happy when my boy expressed an interest to come camping with me. He asked if we could cook a proper meal and go somewhere he hadn't been before
I had in my mind that I wanted to camp at the 6 County Tops of the Peak District, so Shining Tor, the county top of Cheshire at 559M ASL seemed a reasonable place to start

The rucksacks weve had a few years, I have 4 Lightwave ones, all different sizes for different adventures. Oliver is certainly growing, which is good as he'll be able to carry more!!! Thanks for watching

Some fantastic scenery to watch going up there. Pity it was so windy and cold but you both looked to be enjoying. Oliver will certainly remember the good times you experienced together. Well done both.

The biggest problem with the wind was that we couldn't fly our drone! The micro climate in the tent was reasonably warm, it was just going out in it 🥶🥶🥶 Thanks for watching 👍
