We're based in the Philippines and we've been to Japan three (3) times. We visited Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. We miss spending our vacation there so your channel helps a lot. With GOD's blessing, we like to go back there again.

Il y a 12 ans, lors de notre premier voyage au Japon, on s’était perdu dans la gare de Shinjuku 😅 impossible de trouver la sortie pour notre hôtel …Maintenant notre famille s’y retrouve assez bien dans la gare mais pas moi 🤣. I find it fascinating that Japanese people will find a park or bench or table to eat. Where I'm from people eat on the move while walking or driving or just standing anywhere. Even walking in a mall. About the only place we don't eat is inside a clothing or furniture shop or pharmacy. Even in the hairdresser they will order and serve you food.

I was burned out at my job too, feels like I need an escape just like when I was in school skipping class and lurking in the city, I miss that feeling of freedom. Here in Croatia we have a very very similar cake that we call Japanese Wind (also some call it Icy Wind) Great cake, but I believe it is even better in Japan. Japanese sweets are great ❤
