You need PEN in this meta. Genius Wand is a core item (first or second along with Ice Queen Wand). Finish with Holy Crystal and Divine Glaive. I’d say PEN boots too but understandable if you want mana in early game. Some people build Enchanted Talisman - I use Support emblem instead to manage my mana

idk shin, chang'e has so many build bursting damage magical attributes 1. pen magic boots + ice queen wand + holly crystal + divine glaive + glowing wand + genius wand 2. regen mana boots + cod + lightning truncheon + holly crystal + concentrate energy + blood wings 3. regen mana boots + ice queen wand + glowing wand + lightning truncheon + holly crystal + feathers of heaven (dps and effects skill damage) as if you wanna build a bit tanky def item that effect her skill is oracle + twilight armor

Yea. Hylos build all magic def items + hp regen guardian helmet, meanwhile shin build is non burst and non penetration. Of course he will have a hard time against hylos.

I think mages will be the meta this season given that the athena's shield and radiant armor (?) was nerfed so it would be easier to **penetrate** the enemies with heroes who have magic damage.

Shin, you dealt almost no dmg to Hylos because of Radiant Armor. That's your bane. So I recommend building her with PEN items. Magic PEN boots Talisman Ice Cream Wand Genius Wand Divine Glaive Situational def/magic item That way you can still secure our keelz. You can also switch Genius Wand to Burning Wand in >18mins coz the former is utter sht in the late game if they'll build Radiant Armor with a tank hero.

radiant armor perfectly counter continous mage damage also the athena's shield. would reckon always build up penetration items (like Divine Glaive and Genius Wand) for most damage hero during late game, since most enemies would get their armor items ready by then. Almost all types mage hero must gear with Arcane boots, Clock of Destiny, Divine Glaive, Genius Wand and Holy Crystal. Last item can be any defense items depends on enemy hyper.

Turtle soup is very scarce and pricey and finding a substitute source of protein is essential like for example a horse meat(hylos) or sometimes plant-based protein found from a walking salad or from seafoods like Mr. Krabs. If you are lucky you can get a chicken(kaja). You just have to be creative sometimes😆

Chang'e is my main.I love using her so much .However,she kinda fall off because long time ago,moonton decided to nerf her movement speed boost gained when using ultimate,making it harder to chase enemy heroes that have dash skill. For my build: Magic shoes,ice queen wand,genius wand(if the jungler/gold laner is magic dmg)if not just go for burning wand,enchanted talisman,divine glaive and last item slot is flexible Idk if this optimal build or not but hope it helps :)
