The real deal I’m sorry to hear you’re going thru that, life is never easy and at least in my own experience I’ve found the answers don’t come easily either. I’m very sorry to hear you’ve lost people around you, I only had one friend overdose when he got outta rehab. Took too much and that was it unfortunately, I try to find it in myself to live a good life for those who are no longer here. Been there I was a heroin addict and crack cocaine addict but been clean 11 yrs April 27th! I got 4 y 8m prison,I decided enough was enough! Great upload and I hope people struggling may find some light/strength or inspiration courtesy of this upload. Great podcast guys. He reminds me of me back in the day. James I think you should do an update on this man. Just look his name up. He has been taking money of vulnerable people on fb. The book is also a lie. There is proof. She says my mum was a drug dealer on his (real life) fake audio book then on a fb live he tells people his mum never sold drugs. The book will not be relised. But he still took £50 for signed books. Then there is a 3rd video where he tells people you didn't sign a contract. So you won't get your cash back.

I've watched all your podcasts James. I'm a 31 year old guy from Ireland and I can relate to you a lot. I have a gambling problem that ruined relationships with family. I've been taking drugs every weekend for 13 years, started with ecstasy then onto cocaine. I shag every girl that pays me attention and fuck hookers every now and then. Watching and listening to you and your guests give me motivation to be better. Haven't had a drink or sniff in 5 weeks and no gambling in 1 week, which is good for me. Eating healthy and exercising and eating feel better every day. Slowly but surely
