Lele wadi, is the best option to stay at Varsoli beach. Clean rooms with TV, Beds, Gizers, comodes and abhove all kitchen with gas, utensils, fridge, dish, glasses, waterfilters and dining table for 8 people. I am visiting here since 2006. Room charges for 2021 are only RS 1000. There are only 6 rooms from the 4 rooms attached with kitchen. The abhove rate is for 2 persons ( family only). Groups are not allowed. MTDC approved. All the best.

A very beautiful & blissful place for retired folks to spend their lives peacefully in harmony with nature. In South India, ppl are allowed to purchase such homes along with the plot of land in which that particular house stands & the original owner is responsible for administration and collects monthly maintenance for providing facilities like water, upkeep of the homes by providing household maids for cleaning the houses at no cost to the purchaser & so on. Food is provided on daily basis or monthly basis for a fee. A Doctor visits once a week & so on. Moreover, the purchaser can resell his house too in which case the administrator gets 25% of the Sale amount. It's mutually beneficial to both parties.
