As a fairly new shiny hunter, I recently made the decision to complete the Sw/Sh Dex, get the shiny charm, and start hunting shiny legendaries in Dynamax Adventures. So far, I've only found shiny Suicune, but I'm glad to see more Dynamax Adventures content to keep me company while I hunt 😊

Yeah let's not. We can't act like that level of quality is remotely acceptable, let alone good. B/W were actually great games; polished, lots of content, nice story, etc. Sword and Shield cannot be allowed to get away with some of the stuff it did, it definitely should not be praised.

I dunno... SWSH feels more like XY to me. Both had disappointing plots that dragged the whole experience down, but their postgame content is fun enough to keep people coming back. BW was divisive because it was a massive departure from the series formula, but its excellent plot and unmatched attention to detail earned hardcore defenders from the start.

Well, each switch has a 1/100 chance of having a shiny Cresselia (we’re assuming Vaktor has the charm on EVERY file). So, the chances of two switches having the shiny would be about 1/10,000 if it were just the two shinies. However, since there was four switches, and two of them needed to get it, I think it’d be around (1/100)x(3/100) to get it (although I could be wrong, as probability is weird), so I think it’d be about a 3/10,000 chance.

Really funny that you got two shinies on the same file for Giratina. The same thing happened for me, only it was a shiny Chansey and shiny Giratina. Only time that a double shiny happened in the same run, although I’ve had two instances of back-to-back shiny legendaries, and two instances of first encounter shiny legendaries (one of them was Nihilego, and it was also a back-to-back shiny legend, the other was Mesprit).

I’m the opposite. I love swsh but mostly because of its missed potential of actually being good games that were butchered. And hate dynamax adventures. I don’t find it fun. It’s either stressful or rage inducing when it shouldn’t be. I want to have fun with this mode but way too much goes wrong a lot more often than I’d like. Groudon is very tough if you don’t get a wide guard Pokémon. I hope you get it eventually.

So I’ve had a crazy month and a half, last month I phased four times before getting my first shiny legendary, I got shiny togetic, lopunny, Carkot, and aurorus, and I finally got shiny buzzwole at 55 raids. After that, I got shiny tapu koko and one shiny crawdaunt after 80 raids. The next was shiny mewtwo and phased with shiny charmeleon and lickitung, they took 135 raids. The next legendary was the fastest at 12 raids was Shiny suicune. And now my last current hunt was Zapdos and I got it at 25 raids with two phases, shiny octillery and bronzong. I had the craziest shiny hunting month of my life! I’m so happy 🥹🥹🥹🥹

Got to the Shiny Uxie and I had a question. You said you got that on "Dynamax Adventure #96". Are you counting each Switch that completes the DA as 1 DA (so 4 DAs per check), or each completion as 1 DA (so 384 Uxies in total)? If the second one is how you're counting, 1536 Pokemon with no shinies is insane, since you said the Uxie was one phase.
