I didn’t know if you guys were aware of this but for pushed animals if you put them in the washer by themselves and put them in a pillowcase on delicate and then just let them air dry when they’re done it does a fantastic job and doesn’t damage anything as long as you use a pillowcase. Just thought I’d let you know if you want to give it a try. Congratulations on your fines today and definitely the mid-century dresser. I saw a couple spots of possibly wood damage but if you take coffee grinds and rub that into the raw wood or you take different colored crayons different colored browns that will cover up those problems for the time being or even just a touch of stain on a cloth and then just wipe it really quick will take care of all those blemishes. That dresser is awesome! You can cover the small blemishes on the wood by rubbing Old English on them. They will blend in and will be hardly noticeable. I am amazed at how well that stain covers. It also covers scratches nicely, too.

Wow. That car case was very cool. Just the cases depending on the year can be worth money plus the older cars theirselves. My son collects Hot Wheels cars so I am familiar. I'm always looking on Ebay for stuff for him. He has over a 1000 cars!

I enjoy watching your videos. I have saved a lot of my kids stuff and I watch you guys find some of what I have saved. My kids think I’m crazy for saving all of this. I have pillow cases, McDonalds happy meal toys & a few of the Halloween plastic happy meal buckets. Ninja turtle figurines and I had a lot of the Goosebumps books! I LOVE mid century furniture, especially when it’s free! Last year I scored a mint condition mid century bar cabinet with lighting and storage for free. It was one of my best and most favorite finds! Also, the mini Popple is called a Pocket Popple. I had one as a kid!

The Broyhill is nice, but where I live it certainly wouldn't sell for $1500. In super awesome condition, it may sell for about $800-900. If you all live on the west coast, then all bets are off though. I often tell people complaining about prices on the west coast to shop further east as deals are much much better. I scored a high end Minerva sofa by France and Sons (designed by Peter Hvidt and Orla Molgaard) for $1800. Super expenive, yes, but hand crafted and not mass produced. It would have probably cost over $3000 on the west coast 😂 That sofa was my holy grail piece so I decided it was worth that kind of investment.

I used to have a mini cooper and you wouldn't believe how much furniture I was able to fit in there! I was always dragging something home from a yard sale, estate sale, etc. It becomes a miniature SUV when you put the back seat down. I decorate in MCM too and that dresser is awesome! What find on the side of the road. I totally would have picked that up too. Great find.

Great furniture find! You need a Subaru Outback, amazing how much cargo room is inside, and also a set of roof racks on the top. I always carry bungies just incase I find a great piece at a sale or on the side of the road!

I actually did pick up at a thrift store reproduction Gurley carolers a year or two ago. I do have real Gurley candles but couldn’t resist getting them! Oh and I had that Sesame Street pillowcase (actually I had the whole sheet set) when I was little! I had to edit and add this the pillowcases was from the late 70’s that’s when I had it.
