I grinded the game too much that I maxed everything in the shop. After I watched the girls playing it again, I just realize how hard the game is without those upgrades. Especially the speed upgrade. Those mobs can easily surround you and destroy you before you can even do anything.

@@Yinlock470 I think her basic weapon is meant to be a little underwhelming cuz she's a Special-focused character. Garlic giving her faster Special charge is practically begging you to build Idol Costume and anything else that synergises with Special and then just spam it whenever there's a large enough crowd of enemies.

In a solo weapon run her bolt seems to be one of the best weapons out there, especially when combining with the stamp that gives additional projectiles

They really should just make "weapon fires behind you" the default setting. Currently it's really difficult with heroes who need to control weapon direction and they don't get any plus over aoe attacks either. (like cc or raised dmg)
