Love the cozy look! There is a mod called "Stroud-be-gone" that removes the branding from habs on the outside, especially the Stroud-Eklund logo.

My current ship is the smallest you can build . A 1/1 empty hab with a cockpit on tbe front and a loading bay on the back landing gear on the side the 1/1 docker on top then fuel tank reactor ect built around that . Super compact with a heavy weight punch with 8 weapons

Not dumb at all. It's actually a mod - nomad spacesuit. There are 4 or 5 different variations of that spacesuit that you can purchase from multiple trade authority vendors once you download the mod :)

Yeah it's a mod - Desktop SSNN Broadcast Speaker. Only bad thing about it is you can't turn it off - only way you can turn it off is to put it in your inventory.

so in your decorations, I see a hat placed. How did you pick it up to place it without equiping it? It looks like you are probably console?.

Hey piper! So, in order to pick up hats, guns, helmets, etc all you want to do is pull out a weapon and ads (hold LT on controller) and pickup the item (button a on controller) You gotta be at the perfect distance though. If you see a prompt that says "equip item," you are too close. Just slowly back up until you no longer see the prompt and you should be able to pick it up. I hope that helps ya :)

I wouldn't say the lighting is trash in the game. This game has some really great lighting. I just think there are specific areas where the lighting bugs out and doesn't perform properly unfortunately

It's actually really good in some places but yes, ship interiors & outposts are terrible. The lighting outside really affects what's going on inside. So if you're parked in space & take a walk round your ship it might look very dark. If you land on the day sode of a planet & do the same it looks rather different.

@@imadethissoicouldcomment2549 When I got it I played for 1000 hs straight without touching any other game, that never happened before, also it's the first game I actually played through the story on the first go. If you liked Skyrim and Fallout 4 and like to actually play everything and not just whiz through the main quest, you'll probably love this, drawback is that it overall lacks the charme and mystery of those previous games, technically it's superior though, of course it still has lots of flaws but the routine gameplay is way better than everything before. For the negative videos, they're mostly irrational, somehow i have the feeling that Bethesda bought off those initial "Masterpiece" reviews but they forgot, or refused, to also pay a large number of KZbinrs, so they got angry and went on to destroy the game's reputation, with quite a bit of success. (Why in the world does a comment like this get filtered by the algorithm? Can you explain that KZbin? Anyone?)
