I used to have access to outlet too and no longer do. I don’t order much from there and have never given a complaint. So, I’m wondering if it has something to do with the amount of inventory available… maybe when they have a lot to get rid of they give access. Who knows lol

I’m curious about the resale process getting a product from a thrifting store to a buyer. After you pick up clothes from a bin what happens to the clothes. Is there a laundry process before listing/shipping? The items on the hangers look clean and wrinkle free.
