Do you mean the private garden? It is a wall outside of the container that creates a private garden for the bedroom.

pause at about the 2:19 mark. bathroom is on the plan layout in the upper left. it is kinda faint and hard to see, but bathroom is on the floorplan. did not see a laundry room. thought maybe one of the European combination washer/dryers was in the kitchen layout, but went back and watched the video again. laundry does not appear on the plan layout from what I could see.
