Shipping Container House - Tiny House Community

The "Tiny House Community" is a truly special place for those who value simplicity, comfort, and the natural beauty around them. The homes in this community are spaced to provide complete discretion, especially at the front where no other residences are visible. This allows residents to enjoy one of the best views available in the area, immersed in the natural beauty that surrounds them.
The outdoor space is a delight for the senses. A spacious deck extends from the house, where residents can relax on a cozy sofa, a hanging hammock for relaxing moments, and straw chairs to enjoy the scenery. A rustic pergola provides shade, while a profusion of plants, ferns, and pots beautify the space.
The homes feature glass doors that span the front facade and offer spectacular views of the property as well as the landscape that stretches beyond. These doors are designed to let in abundant natural light, creating a bright and welcoming environment. Additionally, wooden shutters are available to close the doors when desired, providing both comfort and privacy to residents.
Inside, the house demonstrates efficiency in the organization of spaces and integration. The kitchen is cleverly designed to make the most of the available space, with the countertop serving as a smooth transition between the food preparation area and the living room. The latter is a cozy living area, where the television is strategically positioned, visible from both the kitchen and the bedroom.
A round table that seats four provides a cozy spot for shared meals. The sofa is positioned next to the kitchen counter, creating a comfortable and welcoming living space. A TV cabinet with a swivel stand allows the television to be viewed from different angles, making it accessible from all corners of the integrated area.
In the bedroom, the decoration is an invitation to joy, with bed linen in shades of green, yellow, and orange, creating a vibrant and welcoming environment. The wall is adorned with wallpaper and paintings, adding personality to the decor. Next door, a clothes closet with shutter doors brings a touch of rusticity to the space.
The bathroom, although compact, is functional and meets the daily needs of residents. For convenience, the laundry room is conveniently built into a cabinet next to the kitchen, keeping the space organized and efficient.

Its looks very indeed! But i would change a fee things in our to match my needs😅like having the kitchen shelves all the way up to the ceiling and also not have the kitchen sink so close to the couch.

Conversion units are becoming equally expensive unless you do it yourself and bank financing is not done 4 it neither desirable. I investigated ownerfinancing of land and rent to buy for units. It seems to be a negotiable option now. Very helpful all your plans... it will bear fruit
